CRTC denies Rogers adult lite rock repeater

This decision clearly shows that the CRTC is listening to our  sector’s spectrum scarcity-related concerns and taking them  seriously.  It ensures that Gabriola now has access to an available frequency and can re-submit our licensing application.

After  numerous CRTC  interventions and hearing presentations and  fruitless negotiations with Rogers, I’d consider this a victory for  Gabriola Radio and the NCRA.

Gabriola Radio is mentioned in the decision which refers to an optimum use of the frequency.
