Confirmed performers with expected (confirm day of) technical requirements follow:
Antony Holland – (6 – 8 minutes) mic only for recording, no PA, record audience.
Barb Ebbeson – (7 – 10 minutes) mic, accompanied by CD and Spencer on one song
Dinah D – DI (7 – 10 minutes)
Kathy McIntyre – (one song Girl From Gabriola, 3:30) mic, pre recorded piano (Lou), Chris Jans Chris Straw and June Savage confirm riot squad to provide crowd control. I will bring my own cordless mic and make sure Lou has it set up for me. He is not playing the piano for me live, but instead has a recorded back-up which he will provide along with cd player.
I will have 4 other people on stage with me to add to the “show” aspect of my number. Reserve two small tables for the number. 4 Folding chairs. (These folks are to look like they are sitting at a coffee shop.)

Myles Black and the Pearly Whites (12 – 15 minutes, confirm set with band at sound check) – we’ll need the PA set up with three mics, I can plug my acoustic guitar into the PA as well. And we have other guitarists who can share one amp (they don’t play together on any songs). We have all our own equipment, save for the PA, and we can bring what ever’s needed. just let me know. our band is listed below. keep in mind, we don’t ever all play at once. we switch around on instruments. we’re a large band but there’s never more than 5 of us on stage.

Sound Technician: Jake Galbraith. Jake will be providing 3 mics/boom stands, and operating the PA. If you require additional gear you must arrange it for your self.
