On Tuesday morning at 9 AM I will present a work-shop on using the income statement and balance sheet. This will be followed on Wednesday morning at 9 AM with “using the cash flow statement” The attached PDF NCRC Using FS is a guide to the 2 workshops combined.

- Conference printed dailies for last minute changes – need volunteer to collect and prepare.
- Early shows sound tech – should we confirm Lou?
- Wood pickup & stage pickup.
- Is there still time to get ad or mention in program of our streaming audio host – Centova.com ?
- Headlamps – $2.45 plus gst & shipping. Yes or No ?
- David & I (gerry) was wondering if we should go back to 2pm? We might have more than 1 1/2 business to do with all the conference stuff?
- We have webcams,mice,keyboards,monitors & computers. Still looking for headsets (I have 3 or 4,gerry) & some small lengths of cat5 (?).

Greetings to all conference attendees!
This years NCRC is going to be broadcasting on CKGI’s proposed 98.7 fm for the duration of the conference. As a result we are putting a general call out to all those attending, who might want to showcase some new music you just need everyone to hear, or a spoken word show that you feel would be relevant, or anything in between, we are going to be having a sign up sheet at the conference.
We will be broadcasting our currently running web stream: www.ckgi.ca/audio-stream/ when we don’t have scheduled programs and shows.
SO, bring your music, your diatribes, news voices and more!

- New meeting time – 3:30 Thursday at Artworks
- Financial statements 2007-2010 ready for directors review.
- Early Shows – M,T,W,Th – Lou works so sound tech will cost more $30 per hour
- Recording shows. Lou can record 30 songs before he needs to dump the files. Sunday show doesn’t allow enough time between sets to dump files. We need to select which songs to record ahead of time.
- gala awards dinner fee – week long delegates or plus fee. travel for Jacky.
- Transmitter on site Sun. Jun.6/10 for setup & will depart after final plenary Friday at 4pm.
- Will not broadcast ssu, could ask CHLY if they want to?
- Get stage from school..??? thought we’re using tables at the camp.
- Looking for a chess clock.
- Talk about food for conference, NCRC cook and budget for food pickup in Nanaimo.
- Signup sheets for kayak tours.
- Check floor plan for Camp Mirian.
